Step 1. Studio is filled out and the Development Trainer assigns himself to the ticket and begins training on it (Data Management and Developers may be working on it already)

Step 2. An automated email is sent out explaining that a Sales Rep would be reaching out 

Step 3. Sales Rep leaves a sales note of all extra information on client

Step 4. Sales Rep reaches out with Email #1

Step 5. Sales Rep creates estimate based on services from studio

Step 6. If there has been 1 business day  with no response since the form was submitted then Sales Rep calls the client

    a. If they answer, proceed to Step 8

    b. If they don’t answer leave a voicemail and send Email #2

Step 7. Sales Rep continues the cycle until they get in touch with them

Step 8.  Sales Rep has the call with the Client. (Doesn’t repeat anything from previous notes)

    a. Sales Rep sends the Client the estimate

    b. Discusses information about what is included in the services they selected on studio and goes over the estimate.

    c. Schedule a call with them using the trainer's Calendly link for the day the mockup is finished (3 days after      they submit studio)

    d. Discusses next steps in the process!

Step 9. Sales Rep leaves an extensive note for the trainer, with the estimate and their call time, in freshdesk. 

Step 10.  Sales Rep responds to any further client emails directed to the Sales Team. 

Step 11. Sales Rep sends contracts and invoices via Email #3 when the Trainer notifies them.

Step 12. If the client does not view the contract or the first automated reminder from SendRequest. Sales Rep calls the client checking in to make sure they have received the contract and invoices. 

               If the client views the contract and does not sign for more than 4 days, Sales Rep calls the client checking in to make sure they have received the contract and invoices.

Step 13. Sales Rep lets the client know that we have received everything and that the development trainer will be reaching out. 

Step 14. Sales Rep notifies the development trainer when the contract has been signed and the invoices have been paid in both FreshDesk and Monday.

Step 15. From here the Sales Rep will be waiting until the site is almost complete to reach back out and go over additional services. Sales Team will be notified via monday once it is time.
